You may feel constipated.
What to do:
Keep active – Join a pregnancy exercise class as it will help you keep fit as you get bigger.
Constipation – Drink lots of water. Eat fruits and vegies.
Your baby:

Your baby now starts kicking or doing somersaults in the amniotic fluid. His or her fingernails and toenails are well formed now. He or she may suck the thumb. Small respiratory movements may be seen.
