What's an Ultimatrix? Well, we'll tell you since you don't want to hear the long and excited answer from your kid.

The Ultimatrix is the Ben 10's latest gadget. It gives him access to new aliens and ultimate versions of some of his most powerful heroes. It has four modes – Green (Active/Recharge), Red (Self-Destruct Mode/Radiation Detector), Yellow (Scan) and Reset – and Ben has to transform twice in order to turn into an ultimate alien superhero which is 10 times more powerful!

Sounds super cool? It is.

How can you win one? Just purchase any Bandai Ben 10 product at Toys “R” Us to enter the competition. For every eligible purchase of Bandai Ben 10 products from Toys “R” Us, you will get a chance to enter the competition via the Toys “R” Us website. The contest is on from Sept 7-30.
