Kuan handing over the Pet Pet EasyStart Free insurance policy worth RM120,000 to lucky mum Nor Hamidah and her family.

Diaper brand Pet Pet recently hosted a tea party for the successful applicants of the Pet Pet Easy Start Insurance Programme.

Pet Pet launched the EasyStart free insurance programme to provide new mums and their newborns aged between 0-3 months old with a one-year free insurance coverage worth RM12,000.

Kuan Mun Jen, head of Marketing of Disposable Soft Goods said, “Today’s tea party with our batch of successful Pet Pet EasyStart Insurance Programme applicants is intended to celebrate a significant milestone of having provided over RM33mil worth of insurance protection to Malaysian families to date.”

As the response was good, Kuan said Disposable Soft Goods will look into launching the second phase of the campaign.

Held at Vistana Hotel Kuala Lumpur, the tea party included a lucky draw, photo session and play area specially prepared for the families.

“There is nothing more fulfilling than having a wonderful time with family when ushering in a brand new year. I think Pet Pet really knows what is important to us new mothers,” said Nor Hamidah Abdullah Sani, the thousandth lucky recipient of the Pet Pet EasyStart free insurance protection worth RM120,000.

The Pet Pet EasyStart programme is available at most hospitals nationwide. To sign up, mothers simply have to follow the simple steps found on the EasyStart pack which can be found in the free New Mom Bag given to every mother with her newborn upon discharge. Upon every successful application, every mother and her newborn will get a complimentary one year insurance coverage of up to RM12,000.

Mothers who did not receive the New Mom Bag at their respective hospitals can register for the free insurance coverage through Pet Pet's Facebook page.
